Yes if you want to do here Bossi federalism there would be a big mess. .. in Viet Nam there are less than 54 ethnic groups living scattered in a territory more or less the size of Italy. We've known better through the beautiful Museum of Ethnology in Hanoi where we focused especially to visit the old typical houses reconstructed in the park.
