Intense Pain In Right Shoulde After Laparoscopy

we do not "smell" and recognized as a silent birth

eccomiii!
with 25 days of delay maybe I can tell ... I had tried again, but in mid-post I had erased everything!
tc being a lack of pathos of the planned natural birth, but I want to tell cmq to dispel some 'psychological terrorism tc on you!
therefore, Nov. 24 there were 3 tc planned and fortunately I was the first: nn I wanted to see nor hear other testimony, anything would have increased the anxiety!
alarm h. 5.30 clisterino with nice, then the slaughter of veins from h. 6 for insertion needle-cannula, but to no avail ... thankfully the third attempt is successful, the head nurse, already afraid of losing their round in the operating room!
lead me into the operating room around 8:45, I think the worst moment is when you walk the road on a stretcher ... fifa blue and soothing thoughts like "I know so many idiots who did it, I do it too .. .
begin to prepare myself and I can not hold the position request anesthesiologist for an epidural, a bit 'for the bulk of the belly, a little' for power: he jokes a bit 'to make me relax, I focus and eventually we make it!
origin that has come my sweet and reassuring.
scares me to hear all their comments, the guy who broke down the operating table and the location is a bit 'too high for my origin ...
terror in my eyes, but luckily the nurse who brought me into the operating room is very sweet and talks to me and reassures me all the time ... he always kept under control my mood, it was a myth! !
after half an hour of preparation begins, with an epidural feel my legs and of course I'm terrified to feel the pain and feeling that hearing them will try to work on my body, but nn is as bad as I feared ... especially because I mistakenly thought that the 50 minutes estimated for the intervention were needed to arrive at least half of the small, ..... but it all happens in 5 minutiiii!
'm pulling the anesthesiologist warned me of the feeling that I experienced at birth and now tells me that it's time ... in a few seconds I feel something slipping away from my body and then his crying ... .. . Nn
yet seen her, but nn so explain the feeling I had heard crying: relief, joy, excitement, emotion ... I started to cry too ...
then I saw, indeed glimpsed, even filthy, half wrapped in his towel ... but have the capacity right away to your bath. Have shown very little after the
and have placed next to my face, his eyes half-closed and had its tongue ... daughter immoral!
I thought I should have said something, but I could not say anything, we "smell" and recognized in silence and from that moment my heart is not mine ... most are cotta, lost, love, gone completely ... the emotion is definitely more beautiful and stronger than ever I'll try 'in my life!
and those who thought most the guys who were there to heal and the cold? No there was nothing around, it was our moment of eternity ...
I stop here because I seem to write all those phrases: those who have already tried and know what I mean by that quiver in the belly waiting ... you will see that blow!
after giving birth I vomited a little ', perhaps reaction to anesthesia, perhaps the cold, perhaps the discharge of tension ... I remember that I concentrated to feel good because I was afraid, seeing battered brings me the girl later!
were all supercarini and I was constantly monitored, and the dad is a bit 'scared because after an hour and a half nn saw me out, but obviously prefer to be safe and keep in as much as possible ... maybe you could tell, but is asking too much!

for The remainder of the post was best for me tc: Julia was born at 9:20 and 17, when they took me, I was sitting there on the bed with her arm (all about dell'antidolorifico gradual release anesthesiologist saint ... now !!!), just trying to make her anxiety attack ... anxiety about the milk!

the next morning I immediately stood up and removed the catheter, the second day I took an IV and pain medication. at the end of the second day I went to sleep with her tits marble, nn I was looking forward arrived about 6am, when reported to the feed. the morning of the third day the child nn had jaundice and we were sent home, happy and scared ...

hours, after 25 days, we start MAYBE to figure it out, but mostly we go to instinct and everything revolves around her!

that mean? ... we are happy Christmas this year will really be a magical ...

a hug to all

When I Brush The Back Of Tongue I Spit Blood

dream I gave birth to Stockholm

's been a couple of weeks confinement. The memories are already beginning to blur, giving way to feelings, colors, sounds. The shrill voice of the Viking who helped his father to count during contractions while we were still at home. The blue eyes of Malin. The sense of pain control until almost the end. The loss of the first cord. The damp of that little body lying on my belly. The tears of emotion held with difficulty. The thrill of watching my little eyes, and instantly find the answer to the question that has haunted me over the past nine months, "be able to love him?"

Labor itself lasted very little, from 9 am to 6 PM. All other the former lasted 3 days. But you know, every pregnancy is unique, and even though we expect that everything will repeat the same, even the birth proves different. And not just in the emotions that accompany it. At about 13:30 I call the hospital and warn them that we are going. The taxi will wait outside the door. The drive speeds up contractions. I have one every 3 minutes, and scanned the driver looking for a sign of panic in his eyes. I enjoy the idea of \u200b\u200bgiving birth in the car, like in the movies. At the hospital we are welcomed by smiling nurse asks what is the state. Then he takes us into a room, furnished in Ikea-style. The red leather sofa, the coffee table, stereo, flowers in the windows. Very different from the delivery room of our imagination. A girl looks very young and very blond. Her name is Malin and I will help to give birth. It is not a doctor, a nurse specialist. Unless there are medical complications in the delivery room. The monitoring confirmed that all is well: 133 beats per minute. The expansion is already 5 cm. We are a little confused and I GG. He diligently keeps count, but the contractions are frequent and do not really know how to put them. Malin takes matters in hand and begins to suggest locations. We had said the course, but I did not believe the fact that a different location could actually help alleviate the pain. Yet it works. Provo TENS in succession, then the infiltration sterile water under the skin, then the laughing gas. Everything seems to help. I feel in control. For each contraction I repeat "one less". I can keep breathing well, with the help of GG and Malin. After a couple of hours, the dilation is complete. The contractions are more painful, but begin to take less. Something's wrong. The child was stopped at a couple of inches before the exit. There must be something very interesting at that point, because even the Viking had stopped them. The pain of the contractions became unbearable, useless, since you do not go forward. But perhaps that is its being useless to make it unbearable. The small turn them off, to contemplate the landscape or to think of the greatest systems. While I was out to suffer. Eventually I give in, and I ask the epidural. I feel that answer is too late. If I want, I can make a cord. Whatever! The anesthesiologist arrived almost immediately, and introduces himself. Here, I all of these customs and morality to the Swedish, that no one touches you if you are not first presented, at times like this, yes, I want to scream "I do not give a C .... HOW TO CALL IT! PULL OUT THE NEEDLE AND ENOUGH! "And instead I can make a nod, and suddenly a face instead of a smile. I finally

in silence. I take possession of my thoughts. I feel again a normal person. The cord is wonderful, and acts much faster than an epidural. I am suddenly very grateful to the anesthesiologist. Who knows what it's called?! I smile.
Only now is the labor situation. It starts with oxytocin. We have to convince to leave that nice little niche that was found, and proceed towards the main exit channel. Malin tells me to move. I walk up and down the room. After about an hour, it's time to push. Malin invites me to sit on a bench in the shape of a horseshoe about forty inches from the ground. She sits on the ground in front of me. GG sits behind me and supports me back. I never thought to give birth on a bench like that. When does the next contraction I have to start pushing. Malin me off. Start. He says he sees his head. Just a few strong thrusts, and within a couple of contractions, the baby is out. I hear him cry.
Malin takes it and now rests on my belly.
His little body wet and warms me. Nobody
wash. No one will remove me. From now will stay with me all the time.
Malin says that I lose a lot of blood, they put me on the couch. Begin to mend. But I do not care anymore. I lose track of time. My baby is with me. It attaches to the breast immediately.
I get lost in the dark blue of his eyes.
Nice to meet you Tom Thumb. Are your mom.

There are sandwiches and non-alcoholic cider, very elegant on a platter decorated with a blue flag with yellow cross. Then leave us alone, I, GG, and Tom Thumb. I can not sleep, despite fatigue. After less than twenty-four hours, the Viking and Grandma A. come and get us. The Viking asks where is her baby. Caresses. Gets excited. Then he pees below.
take the subway home.
And we're already family.

Should I Send My Ex A Cgristnas Card

I'll tell you word for word for my party ...

am entry into the delivery room after 48 hours of contractions (monitored once in the hospital and sent home). First child, open to three centimeters. The gynecologist visits me and says "Well, we're almost there" I visited the midwife "Noooo, we are not here at all, it will still take many hours," the trainee visits me and asks me "E 'followed by some of our private staff? What job do you and your husband? " (I swear, I asked exactly these things!). When I said I was not followed in private by someone on their staff and that my husband and I used were simple, a gynecologist and obstetrician, became suddenly serious and much less friendly than before, found themselves magically agree "Ah, the child is supported throughout on the bladder, put here on the bed sheep, so that will come before "and they are gone. All. Without giving me any other explanation.
I, good good I put myself on the couch, but after just two minutes felt a twinge atrocious. Start a contraction. Very long and painful as hell, but stopped after a few minutes. Enter the midwife with a cup of tea, I attach the sensor and tells me to stand still in that position. If it goes again. Another contraction, even more painful and longer. My husband is standing by the bed, worried because he knows me well, knows I have a very high pain threshold and that I am a rather calm and quiet. If there is something that I'm so excited wrong, there is too much pain. Skip mezzo'ora with contractions that come and go, ever longer and more painful. Every now and then enter a girl who makes me the sensor on the belly, and then goes away. After another half hour. At this point I start to feel excruciating pain, as a single contraction that grips me, that does not go away. The pain the world's strongest and without respite, continuously, without pause. An hour passed thus, no one comes to see how I was. I start to complain loudly, enter the midwife sc @ zzatissima, we exchange a few jokes, but they are too painful and I can not speak. I ask how long. Fatalistic air tells me "I can not answer, could go on all night." Scared from your reply, I ask the epidural. If you have not previously had a nice face, with this sentence further expression changes, becomes almost bad: "But you know what you can do an epidural? You might be paralyzed, you may cause serious damage to your son!" And then if we call the ' anesthesiologist now takes one hour to arrive.'re good here and wait, ok? " And walk away. But the pain is on my chances, I feel that I can not, I miss the forces have not slept for two days and the contractions were already two hours that I have a single contraction that never stops, even increasing minutes of in minutes. Like a rubber band curtains, blinds and you never know when it will break. I begin to cry. But it is not because I lost control, indeed. It 's just to download the pain in some way, because everything felt fine, I was very clear and I never lost my head, I recall those particular words and even though my husband was amazed at how I remember them despite the pain. Enter the midwife, always with his dry air. It makes me undress and told me to go in the shower. I do not want, I do not feel, but she pushes me almost by force under the jet of hot water and put me on all fours. I still remember that scene: I saw the midwife and my husband standing in front of me, the pain would not stop, I held me back from the URL and the inn (sc @ zzata always, I recommend!) With arms crossed that talking amiably with my husband, saying nonchalantly, "See? See how she suffers? It 's the pain that will prove stronger in his life. suffers much you know Feel like screaming !"... as if I was not there! He spoke to me in third person, almost taking for cul0 for casin0 I was doing. I swear, at that moment I felt a dog. A dog vivisection.
But at this point I break the waters. I hear a "CIOCK" between my legs and I see a stream dark-colored urine that flows between the legs. The midwife told me to go out, I get up and as a sliver run naked to my bed, I cling to the pillow and began to scream like I never cried in my life. They spend about ten minutes and the midwife told me to put on Cavalchini. I thought I just wanted to see me, but when I support the sensor on the belly I find myself in a whirlwind: I have two students who I jump on his stomach, the gynecologist as their fingers, loosen the vagina making me a bad dog and the midwife who screams I stop screaming like that. My husband is on my side, but behind him I see five other people who look at me serious, as if they were enjoying a show. I do not know if I feel bad for the shame of being naked and screaming in front of all those people or for the incredible pain I feel all over. No one says a word, no one to reassure me. I seem to suffer an attack. With my hands I cling to each hold, including the trainee who shakes me to make me give up grip. I feel the gynecologist who introduced me somthing inside, it hurts, it's windy. Pull rolls, the trainee gives me a shot to the sternum and supports all the weight on my stomach, I feel a painful tear, I thought that the child was released. But it was the only sucker who had not taken hold. I see that everyone goes crazy. The gynecologist gets something in his hand, trying to hide it, but I realize that it is the scissors. I yelled NO biggest of my life, strong and desperate. He pauses, looks at me with cold expression and said nothing cuts. It hurts awful, feeling cut the muscle makes a noise that freezes the blood ... They are desperate and angry. I put the cup back, pushing me back on my stomach, I scream to push my son and finally quit. Stretch out my arms to take it, to tighten the chest to get the arms the result of so much suffering borne for love. But I see him for a second: a small doll, still, lifeless, his arms dangling. It 's just a moment, because the gynecologist and throws it in a cradle, as if he were dead. They all run away, we are just me, my husband and midwife. "Why would you take away ??!!!" "But it's nothing, they just ask some analysis," No, ... than I can do whatever they want, but not my child. I order my husband "Corrigli behind, you go to see what they do!" he follows them and find our baby in a small room nearby, with the oxygen mask and two doctors who massaged his chest and belly. They do not realize that my husband is behind them and one says to another, "What a mess that made ... And this guy (pointing to the small) is struggling to recover ..."
My husband feels the pull sleeve is the gynecologist who pulls him out of the room. Start talking, affable and funny, as if they were two buddies. "Eh, you know, these are things that happen, one in three women give birth like that!" Meanwhile
comes the trainee begins to heal. I think it's been half an hour between my legs to give a cross-stitch. When it begins to heal the cut on the buttock say it hurts too much, but she says no, so who is sewing the skin, ends immediately. Yes, ten minutes on the teasing @ ppe who, to make matters worse all I have suffered.
But where's the baby? Cabbages, I do not know if it is male or female! I would love a child! But the midwife told me that I have to wait a little longer '. Meanwhile, a nurse takes my blood that dripped from his legs, commenting that annoyed with all my screams I woke up in the fourth floor ... Thank you, ma'am, I needed a word of support!
Luckily after a while 'I hear him crying. Ah, it's alive! I relax. Enter my husband, seriously and with red eyes, with a screaming bundle wrapped in a blanket "They said you can keep it two minutes, then he should immediately bring in intensive care ... But do not worry, they said they probably did not damage ... "Probably no damage? But if you have a bump on the head and a huge bloody cut half-moon that looks like a lobotomy ??!!!!! And these are not damage ??!!!! Me
him away almost immediately and within minutes the midwife tells me I must go on. I ask only half an hour to recover, her legs do not hold me ... "But how? Do not want to see your son? "She puts her pants on the network, covers me with a dressing gown and I am out of the delivery room. I turned around, I ask if I may use a wheelchair ..." Come on, like no Can you walk? Move on, you have to go to your son! "Ugly witch, even the wheelchair I deny it?! After all I've done? Oh, no! I slumped in his chair and I have made scarrozza throughout the hospital ... At least this ...
Ah, thank goodness the baby had no damage, even though he risked big. And, fortunately, is male. It should not be all that.

# I-catcher Console - Web Moniter

in a slight embrace

You were a wren. The photo
pairing he had not prepared. From that piece of glossy paper will show you in 10 months, steady on your legs at that chubby rusty bed shared with other children. Impenetrable gaze that did not allow fantasies of smiles. Seem to know what you wanted. We've
beloved little at a time, making friends with each folds of your body, with every hair disheveled, with her feet loaf that you have marked for a few years.
The meeting with you revealed that you were well hidden fragility. You were tiny, with a dress from the early months, although there has already been met when they were a year old.
remember the beating heart that was beating in my ears and since you arrived in that arm to your Didi, see you on the disoriented eyes unknown.
I have received a slight hug, forgetting all the tears that made me go up the emotion in the eyes while you let go a cry of despair.
I whispered words you do not remember but who had tastes like a lullaby, a sedative to your fear.
for us so you came to light, in a sticky afternoon in November, a few steps from the Mekong (Vietnam).
We've put a couple of hours to smile, making us understand how much sense he had that long interminable wait.
Since then he has spent so much time and yet, when you're sad, I find your look lost and forlorn and thank heaven you can be there with you to share and make more comfortable.

What Is Treadmill Error 1

if you ask me if I'd do it, you answer yes

summary: Saturday, 04/12 night water breaking, but not bad, only small losses ... I decided to stay home and call in hospital the next morning.
the morning call and tell me to go straight down, so I was hospitalized, but for the whole Sunday, 05/12, nothing happens (the bag is broken, do not start contractions). Monday, 06/12
morning tell me that it's time for induction with oxytocin, lead me in the labor room, I leave there for 2 hours (from 8 to 10) with my partner (I remember that I kept quiet watching the snow coming down out the window), then finally arrive with the infusion of oxytocin, up to 14 does not feel almost no contraction, then I increased the dose to 15 and finally began to feel something .... at about 16:30 on the first visit I was in control of 10 cm., the contractions were painful, but I endured it very well. That's starting with the push .... the worst part for me ... and finally, after an hour, at 5:33 p.m. here is a beautiful boy Gabriel 3kg260 x 51 cm! It 'been very exciting, first see the face of my companion lit up with joy and then see quell'esserino helpless when resting on my belly! Not true!

I thought I had done and instead of the placenta after I was bleeding because the uterus is more contracted, they made me an injection and an IV, and while I waited for him to do effect manually pushing the uterus contracted with one hand above the belly rhythmically (not exactly a pleasure ...). The magical part

were then the next 3 hours in which we have left all three in the delivery room to enjoy our magical moment.

soon after giving birth, I said "baby, I know as well as you remain an only child", but the next day I tell you sincerely that I had already forgotten the pain and I rebuilt everything without thinking about it!

conclusion: every birth experience is unique and personal is normal to be scared, but when it happens we women pull out a force that enables us to overcome this moment that will lead us into the arms of our wonderful creature.
My delivery was fairly short, but intense and if you ask me if I would do you say so!
Congratulations to the already
spanzate and good luck to those who were quiet and has yet to give birth, pass!

Dvr Harddiski Format Atıyor

I look with admiration and pride here in Denmark

When a day's work becomes something you'll remember all my life.

On this occasion I speak of an absolutely incredible, what are called "miracles" and that will astonish those who are known.
The event is special, and even more so because I personally. When I talk about it or remember it, I still shudder among us doctors they say "I lost 10 years of my life in 10 minutes", maybe it is true, why is so much stress that when everything is finished right out from under a moving train. Time expands, the minutes become hours, and everything that happens around you do not even remember.
The time to tell it is just that, I can do a bit 'colder than a few months ago and it connects to a newspaper report of a similar event that happened in the U.S., just over the Christmas period last year.
What has happened to me and who was with me was a few months before Christmas and in Italy.
In the American case a woman was about to give birth while everything was proceeding normally and was hit by a cardiac arrest. The immediate medical intervention resolved everything, really miraculously given the seriousness and rarity, and the absolute unpredictability of the case. He also spoke
newspapers and tried again when I read the news of the chills that night, I experienced exactly the same thing.

Probably my fellow gynecologists will be shocked, I do not envy the experience nor did I wish them to live.

One night shift in a maternity ward has no fixed rules: it can go very quiet for a moment without getting up from his chair, can go to 'business as usual "with a couple of parties (always work, but pretty quiet), can be heavy, with women giving birth, others have problems, more or less severe emergencies. Then there is always the danger of the drama and when this happens, who knows why, is always a sudden shift in quiet, without warning, when you least expect it (... and some say ... always at night).
I will tell it like it is, straight off, so maybe I can make (up to a certain extent) the anxiety felt in those moments.

That night it happened something incredible.

mounted to the night shift and was present on the ward a woman to give birth. He had already undergone a Caesarean section four years ago and although this condition (the previous caesarean section) increases very slightly risks in any subsequent spontaneous birth, things proceeded normally.
Labor conducted a bit 'slow but this can be normal. The patient was continuously monitored midwife on duty that I occasionally updated on the situation, the child was fine and everything went on as normal.
Around two in the morning I called the midwife. The woman came to "full expansion" that is ready to give birth, but despite the "push" (the "push" the mother's help, rather they are critical to the delivery, by concluding the fetus until its birth) the fetus does not progress rapidly making everything slower.
I have to make a decision.
In these cases, arrived at childbirth, if despite the contractions of the uterus and the mother pushed the baby is born you can decide to perform a Caesarean section. The fetus is not born inland "natural" and is extracted from the abdomen, with surgery. Fortunately
fetal well-being was full, there was no suffering and this allowed me to take the time to see if there was any chance of avoiding surgery.
then ask your midwife to bring the lady in the delivery room: we could do better, manage better, and also pushed to the limit "help" the fetus in some way.
In fact in the delivery room despite the woman did not cooperate very (she was tired and discouraged) the fetal head down well to be visible from the outside (I avoid medical terms to explain better).
Her husband was present in the delivery room and supported his wife.

I can do is encourage the woman, inviting you to try harder and try for a while ', the fetus was fine and I am reassured. After a few seconds the unexpected
most incredible I've met in my career. During a push

Mrs. arches his back (he was lying), is launching a strangled cry and collapses on the couch.
I look at it and has her eyes closed, I immediately think to a moment of tiredness even a nervous breakdown (in the delivery room you can see this too) ... I do not answer the call, the rise on the eyelids, and I realize that he lost consciousness for a moment and reflect immediately ask to call the anesthesiologist on duty while trying to realize what might have happened (fainting in the delivery room is not an event "usual").
At that point I ask to be sure all employees to take action to prepare for an emergency cesarean section.
calling my colleague found the urgency to alert the midwife shouting something, "there is beat Do not beat me !"... I do not know what has crossed my mind at that moment, I hasten to Mrs. and try to feel his heartbeat.
was under arrest.
The woman for no apparent reason (at that time) had a cardiac arrest.
The drama in the drama was that his child was not born yet ...
ask the midwife to look for the heartbeat of the fetus, but there was a low frequency, a clear sign of suffering: the maternal circulation without the baby was a few minutes of life.
Shout to prepare everything that we made the lady to call everyone, anyone, in the delivery room chaos, everyone ran to the right and left, each with a specific task. Recall my colleague shouting and muttering something to run ...

memory of those moments a few seconds and I see myself appalled to think what to do: save the mother or the child? How not to waste time? In those moments you do not do thinking about what but do by instinct, which is certainly guided by experience and from what I know, but it can also be dangerous, fast decisions should provide pause for thought but how do you "think" when you know you have a few seconds, literally, to save two lives at once?
From what seems a story about ten minutes, but all occurred in seconds. My memories have holes, some moments do not remember them very well and then the midwife will remember what I said and did.
I'll jump on the lady who was still lying on the bed and began heart massage. One, two attempts and checking his pulse, still nothing ... it a try, I try to keep your circulation, for the woman and the child must be born again and in the meantime get the anesthetist.
My colleague comes without even suspecting what had happened. When you call an anesthesiologist in the delivery room in general it is "routine" or "urgent" relatively less important than the number taken in the operating room, not where you are giving birth. The anesthesiologist
find me on the delivery table while performing chest compressions he realizes that something is happening is absolutely absurd, known in his eyes to see a fellow obstetrician disorientation while massaging the patient asks me, "but so 'happened!? " I remember him replied "I do not know ... is under arrest, I do not know ...".

Immediately after a start as he prepares for resuscitation the heart starts to beat, but slowly resumed, then more quickly. The anesthesiologist "Convection" Madame, that is forced to breathe with a special instrument (called "Ambu bag") I accertatomi in the delivery room I let the lady in the hands of my colleague, I think the intervention of urgency. At that moment I was not even sure the baby was still alive, to be honest we had hoped but I did not. The midwife
(weeks after the fact) told me that, while carried out cardiac massage was pale and at the end of each massage move my head in a "no" that did not bode well.

Corro in the operating room, in the meantime, everything was ready. Shortly before entering the room late husband who was more shocked than me asks me "... doctor ... my wife, my wife is alive?" I answered "I do not know ... I do not know ... " and if you think grit my teeth to the absurd situation. I did not know really, I did not know if my speech had been able to save the woman and the child or only one of them ... I did not know, I did not know what would happen after.

Within the operating room, nurses and midwives (one of the youngest in the ward, at this meeting was exceptional) run on a stretcher and carry the lady in the room while the anesthesiologist continues with forced ventilation.
They told me that all women admitted to the ward were outside the rooms because they had understood from the chaos that something had gone wrong, I do not remember anyone noticed, I was absolutely taken by the event.
The operating room was almost ready, everyone had done what he had to do, well, nothing had gone wrong (so to speak ...), I'll take five seconds (5) to try to summarize what was going on, ask the Meanwhile call the primary and get everything ready for a blood transfusion.
The lady is ready on the operating table, the heartbeat is regular, the midwife seeks the fetal heart: there is.
The child is still alive but is suffering from. The fetus is much stronger than us adults to "hypoxia", ie the lack of oxygen, but make sure there's no early.
Everything is ready, I avoid spending too much time in hand washing, which is the last thing I think, I beg leave anesthesiologist (in the meantime, the anesthesia team was completed by the chief of anesthesia) that gives me the 'ok and start.
Only then, after reaching the uterus a few seconds later, I realize what happened.
uterine rupture.
The uterine rupture is a rare but dangerous complication that can also be lethal. And 'one of the most serious emergencies in obstetrics. E 'defined as a complication devastating to its severity.
probably during a pull, the old Caesarean scar made by the patient a few years before it was broken open, the lady has tried this for a lot of pain (it's called "a dagger" for its features) which resulted in a reflex ( is called "vagal stimulation), which caused a cardiac arrest.
A set of incredible events, rare, unpredictable and utterly serious.
actually looking at the damage it seemed likely that the uterus was already "open" for some time about the previous caesarean section, in this case is called "dehiscence", that is, a break is not "random" but it is the scar of the previous section. It was not a "break" recently, so that the margins of the lesion were almost healed. I assume that the lady has spent much of her pregnancy with that problem without even realizing it.
cardiac arrest in pregnancy is very rare an occurrence, estimated at a frequency of one case per 30,000 pregnancies. The arrest in the expulsive phase of delivery is an event quite unique, there are only a few cases in the world. The extraction of a fetus during maternal cardiac arrest, must be made (by Caesarian section) within 4 minutes after, or you risk serious brain damage and die if you do not succeed within six minutes to deliver the baby.
skin incision to extract the child 31 seconds have passed. I could not improve myself, my record extraction cesarean is 23 seconds but in this case I've lost a few seconds he looks in my anesthesiologist that I updated on the situation of women.

still have a copy of the paper of record operating that night ... and who you forget it.

The child, checked out, starting to cry.
The pediatrician who visit gynecologists while we continue the intervention. I ask pediatricians how quickly things are going, one of them raises his thumb up as if to say "okay" ... A broken
uterus (basically "split in two") has little chance of being saved, so we have to carry out a hysterectomy, ie removal of the uterus that if left in place could cause serious bleeding.
Arriva also involved in the primary intervention, I deadlift.
I sit down and put his head in his hands most of the fatigue of despair.

intervention ends.
The patient was eventually admitted to the intensive care unit in guarded prognosis, significant anemia requiring blood transfusion and the loss of sight. I know it's better and better over the following days, until his resignation in good condition. The baby is healthy.

After a month I meet the lady for the visit. He no longer has her uterus but is alive, in good conditions. His son is alive and well, is well and growing well.
The first time I see the hug, very excited and she is perhaps even more than me does not seem to realize what happened that night. I ask also, "but was aware of what happened?". I answered yes and nothing else, maybe not want to remember, does not elaborate.
The husband thanked him constantly but does not go well, do not ask and do not talk about it.

every time I speak with my colleagues who remember the episode with the midwives to make an example of what it means to "know what to do", I talk with the midwife present that night, we laugh even on remembering my face pale and I told her that she had her hat all awry from the surgery was upset.

We also have colleagues who do not believe it, "come on, you're kidding," making it even more surreal as it happened and who gets the "higher" than those who tell you "yes you could but ... you had ... " without realizing that in my place would need so many saints in heaven, how many I've had and the lady, because in these cases, the facts and decisions of seconds in a minute, should also help you luck and if you hope is on your side. I am the midwife who was with me that night, I look with admiration and pride because it is a girl of 24 years who has done something exceptional, much larger than her.

The morning was already sent, I was quite destroyed and thrown into the house I went to bed.

From the day after everything is back to normal as if nothing had happened.
E 'was perhaps the most dramatic episode that I have had professionally.

This story will take her with me forever but I also know that stories like these happen every day in hospitals around the world. The much criticized doctors because ... why? I do not even know ... I do work hard, full of responsibility, also subject to errors, of course, and this is due to their being human, fallible but also responsible for exceptional performance, miraculous, sometimes heroic acts. This is not news but just listen to some of these experiences that we doctors carry within us.
For two lives saved that night none of us has got compliments, awards, salary increases or pats on the back, is business as usual, the life I chose.

In the newspapers never read these stories that happen every day, read only what a scandal, audience.
Ask an anesthesiologist how many times did resume a person's heart at that moment in perfect health suddenly is left "on foot" from his body swing ...
has literally performed a miracle, he has revived, but that patient probably will never know.
happens every day.

Who insults the medical principle should think for a moment that the great mass of medical workers is represented by honest and prepared by people who pass sleepless nights and takes charge of situations incredible that care, cheers, and talk that raises is often overloaded with work and stress. The cold bureaucrats imagined by some ghosts are crafted to discredit an entire class of people for good and do not say it for me but for all those who have loved this profession before me neglecting family, hobbies and pastimes.

The stories of "big pharma" and the plots if there are some dishonest and certainly not about the thousands of professionals who oversee health all of us and if there was a conspiracy would be the first victims of their own doctors who would treat convinced to give the best.

I hope I never have to pay my price with the duty in this way because it was tough and could end up quite differently, and certainly I would not forgive her.

rarely look into the problem of consciousness of a doctor, his anxieties, worries and stress, we never hear of the daily acts of true heroism and I take this opportunity to remind the thousands of doctors who have passed life to solve the suffering and to bear the pain, people who have been in the hands of the next life and he treated with respect and conscience. Many of them if they are went without even a thank you from those who have saved, but probably not even expect a thank you because what they did was the very essence of the hard task that awaited them.

I hope that woman and that child a good life.
you all good, bright and relaxing holidays and I take this opportunity to thank all of the gifts sent by mail.

the next. We

2009 Silverado 427 Ss For Sale

Dear colleague
understand that at your young age (which I conclude by re-reading your posts above) so they can feel "stung to the heart" when a woman tells of the violence suffered by a of us who triggered the desire to defend our class, attacking and disavowal of the experiences and the experiences brought by women.
But I think this attitude - obstetrician - is to be avoided or at least contain, because it basically is a new assault on women who have undergone obstetric care that has made them feel raped (or raped really). Unfortunately I have no evidence that the reported negative experiences, both human and relational care that are not even real or are related to some psychological fragility of women who recount. In all honesty, in many ospdeali (maybe not in yours, but ... it is really an exception), they can occur more or less frequent situations of psychological violence or inappropriate care.
In 15 years working in Italy, in large hospitals in the North, I have repeatedly encountered bad service experiences. I think it's worth considering that for us "poor service" is one that results in serious problems to the baby and mother, but we do not consider "bad service" psychological or physical trauma (in case of prolonged pain after reports un'episio or a poorly sutured laceration), often inseparable. It 's true that almost none of us see women over time, after that has timber framed, and sometimes even if the encounters tend to justify / normalize questionable assistance, increasing the sense of frustration, anger, inadequacy.
The experiences I had abroad, at the beginning of my work experience and now, led me to reflect on what we have in Italy there is very little training as well as to support evidence-based evidence (that we "shout out" to limit the epis a few cases) but also to a communication based on listening.
It 's true that in our undergraduate courses, there are many hours of psychology, sociology, etc. pedagogies. But little knowledge of these disciplines we need unless we work on ourselves, understanding of the aggressive feelings that we feel in the face of A woman angry - and rightly - in the face of questioning, especially if we admit that we are fallible, that we can make mistakes, even if we are animated by the best intentions.
In England and here in Denmark every week we have moments of critical reflection of our work, we are soundly forced to see the mistakes and learn from them. If a woman writes a complaint is taken seriously, one wonders what I did as an operator for which she then lived, the one complaint to do, you listen, apologize, and before you label it as problematic psychological one looks within.
I can assure you that over the years I have seen women psychologically very sound to be devastated by bad assitance soprattuttuo childbirth and, later, by the fact that in addition to bad assitance felt labeled as people with psychological problems.
For me it was a key step in the work on me to get a non-judgmental listening as much as possible and not tagging, and the constant comparison with her colleagues on the attitudes that, even with the best intentions, they had some positive effects on women.

How Long Does It Take To Heal Housed Tailbone

It was 3 am on December 2, 2010 when I start to feel the slight pain in the belly (which I had already warned a few days before), I put pillows under the belly to see if it was the location, but nothing, still. At 4 more or less awake my husband, I tell him that the pain does not stop and I probably should go to the hospital. Take your suitcase and go. Arriving there, I say that hospitalization, the contractions preparation, but it's better if I stay under control because I'm 35 weeks. These little bearable pain lasting up to 18:30 when they finally break the waters. Now the contractions became more painful and the nurse advised me to walk to help the expansion. Meanwhile, my husband (I was next to two days, helped and supported me in all), call our parents, that they do not live in our own towns are rushing to the hospital. After 7 hours I finally fully dilated. At 1:35 I get taken to the delivery room .. And only after 10 minutes of thrust .. 1, 2 drives, I would say, "Have we, and the last out," I push with all the strength I had left, and just feel something out of my body, and I see that little mouse, all dirt, weeping, in despair like crazy. My husband looks at me and says "Mom you have been very good" and then cuts the cord. I put it on his chest is so small, and screams so much .. I cry, I watch my husband holds my hand, crying like a fountain too, and gives them both. Yes, of December 3, 2010 at 1:45 came to the world our Philip, weighs 2500kg and is 48 cm long. Now we're a family, the three of us, now I can say that I have everything in life I ever made. Fabry and Philip are my people, I love above all things.

Examples Of Communicable Diseases

Mom you were very good I think that no one has behaved like me

Hello to all! I'm new to the forum and so I need to vent a bit '...
So, on November 16 last year my daughter was born, so much desired and very beautiful. I would have imagined being in seventh heaven but I feel like shit.
The reason is that, after 10 hours of labor, half of which dealt with at home and the other half in the clinic, in a way that midwives in administrative revoluta, without even say "a", at 10 am I went to the room childbirth.
will be that the contractions had become atrocious, I felt relief that will be pushing, in fact, I had the urge to push at all, the fact is that after an hour I started to freak out.
I do not remember much, but my husband who was there told me that I screamed, I bucked like crazy and I even pulled the drip from his arm, begging to soothe the pain! To no avail
attempts by the image of me back in me: I had to anesthetize and make an emergency cesarean because the baby was low, very low, that you could see the hair and it was risky to leave it there for too long.
Now, I'm usually "controlled" and tolerates the pain (because I had not asked for an epidural) and I can not explain what happened to me. I feel a huge sense of failure and shame, because I think that no one has behaved like me. My origin is said that these things happen, but to whom?
I do not know if anyone can tell me a similar experience, give me a bit 'of relief.
And then someone can explain that it means "opt out"?
Thanks in advance!

Ash May Doujin Pokemon

with him I was born I also

24:00 the night between 3 and 4 March.

I and M are on the couch, I asked him to sleep with me because I feel uncomfortable with (the 'last month of pregnancy I slept little that the' I did it on the couch, a little 'because of bad M and a Russian bit because the 'footprint over me from sleep without the aid of cushions 1000 to support the various parts of my poor body weighed down by 24 kg of ciccetta taken in 'period of 9 months, exactly twice what I should take, as he wanted to remember the gynecologist out of control!)

at 1:00

M has already closed his eyes and Russian by a good half' now, I will be on alert because I feel sporadic contractions, and having already been a week from the expected date of delivery so that every moment could be good,
TOCTOC ... knock on the shoulder of M.
MMMMMMMMMMMMM he answered without opening his eyes
BELLY ... I have a pain contraction (Correct me IMMEDIATELY -> who has read the blog from the beginning knows why)
MUCH?
And Well ...
OFTEN?

HOW OFTEN ENOUGH?
... SE OPEN YOUR EYES AND TAKE THE TIME MAYBE YOU LI ACCOUNTS MINUTES THAT I HAVE THE DESIRE TO BREATHE!

M finally opens his eyes and counting ... the contractions were continued for one hour at a rate of one every two to three minutes and become more intense.
We understand that those are fair and that it is better to manage them at home as long as possible, just as we were taught during the pre delivery.
I find comfort in the shower, the hot jet sent back.
Between showers and travel between sofa bed-kitchen (while I was holding the handle of the oven with legs came to my mind when, a year ago, I was undecided whether to put in the design of the kitchen oven top or down, I opted to put in a lot of hesitation at the top and at the time, while in the dark of the kitchen at 2:00 in the morning I clung to the handle will not fall, I finally understood that he made the best choice) arrived 5:00 am morning and decided it was time to go to hospital.
At 6:00, as I have been doing monitoring my water breaks.
M and I are alone in the room, the water gushes out between my legs and we look scared, we understand that everything is happening really, this time perhaps not send us back and we have confirmed when the doctor, advised of the rupture of the bag amniotic visit me immediately, making me get out of bed I said calmly "Ok, well take the bag in the car and go to the delivery room that you're dilated to 3 cm"
EHHHH? THE BAG? Delivery room? REALLY ??????????????? (All this of course did not say but summed it up with a look at M answered with a look that translated to other words could more or less sound like "Oh shit, we do not sleep ... TONIGHT ... AND NOT I'll sleep 'plus' for long time, if I had known EARLY YESTERDAY EVENING I would go to bed earlier).

6:00 am the devastating fury of the contractions is expressed in all his strength, I try to tame them, to manage , Place ... shower, then squatting on the ball by birth, but then again that scream in the shower ... room next to me screaming louder and her cries of pain I'm scared animal.

at 14:00 are still there, they come to get me out of the shower and tell me that I can no longer stay there because the warm water has slowed the contractions too.
It 's time to push.
make me sit on the toilet and a very kind midwife crouches in front of me and calls me softly "Come on, do the shit! ... Come on ... is how to do shit .. push!"
(and I wanted to say "you're talking to a Bellamia constipated most constipated you can not, he can only do so after a hard fight, and often with the help of mauve and glycerin, and very considerable detail: the only exclusively throne of his house ... ").
push, she says" good! again! "and I push ... then not take it anymore.
makes me get up, leave for a moment and returns with three other midwives and Dr.
The doctor, after talking with the midwife who followed me so far, is to prepare the bed and looks at me decided "Now I'll give birth. and do not make me cry penalty even if you're gonna die! "
" Well, there neither was the doctor Kapo ", I think.
I do not feel the pressures, are out of control, it is as if everything had stopped.
Dr. Kapo spurs me, and tells me when I have to push me to the office to do so.
Suddenly, after a couple of thrusts, lying (I will know only later on) says that he sees the head, which just two pins and will be finished statute.
He says to get them because they are too tired and feeble.
Then again pushed ... the beat is slowed fetal distress .. .. there must me an episiotomy (but that, fortunately, can you tell me after to avoid shake too)
"Spingiiiiii" - makes me - I push gathering all the strength that I have (little) and she practically jumps on his stomach
PLUFFFF ...
The head is out, I felt distinctly! Waiting for the next contraction

PUSH, Oraa! I scream the Kapo.
Shout, push, I feel that I cut and as if they finally opened a gap and liberate from what is tearing me within 13 hours.
blood everywhere ... and he placenta.
I lie and I see it with difficulty, beyond the end of the bed ... in the hands of midwives is small, dirty and all huddled around ... have a cord around the neck, the 'midwife takes it off and here I feel the most beautiful sound in the world .. the plaintive cry of my child.
at 15:00 am sharp.
E 'Gabriel born and with him I was born too.

(Our first sight. It 'was love at first sight)

Male Brazilian Waxing Northern Nj

first birthday Thi Ly!

After Matilda's pirate birthday party like no other with a birthday theme !?!?!? We have set up a lunch for the first birthday of Vietnamese Ly Thi that seemed very very happy ... we have raised all the service laboriously imported from Viet Nam, found a place where selling Vietnamese food (I have to say there probably is not very good quality ... entered a Westerner from about 4 years and in fact we all looked strangely!), cooked for two days .... and here are the results to be repeated!

Vietnamese spring roll rice paper ...

Mother in feigned Vietnamese ao dai viet and real girl in western dress!

relatives struggling with the chopsticks, soups and sauces unusual!

uncles ...
